Born and raised in Hong Kong, I moved to London for university when I was 18. After graduating, I went through a period in my life that ended with me taking a spontaneous trip to a massive trade show in Germany.

During that trip, I was bitten by the Travel Bug and bought my first DSLR shortly afterwards. I wanted to try and capture some of the imagery I encounter on my travels, as well as document some of the experiences I was having.

Now, whether I am working or relaxing, I always try to have a camera close to hand. A lot of the time, as you will see by going through some of my photos, the spontaneous, unplanned shots are often those that turn out better than the ones I planned out in advance.

A lot of the time, looking at a photo will bring back fond memories of the moments before and after when I was trying to capture a particular shot, or certain memories about the place it was taken. I have tried to annotate these on the “Info” tabs of the images you see on the blog. “Exif” will also show you some of the settings I used to capture my images.
